TRACE Division

The TRAFFIC AND CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT division is comprised of a team of six uniformed investigators who are responsible for traffic enforcement and assisting the investigative Division with criminal and drug investigations. The “T.R.A.C.E.” Unit also works with neighboring law enforcement agencies in participation with the North Carolina Governors Highway Safety Program.
